YEP STUDENT OF THE YEAR

The Student of the Year is the highest honor and award that can be received by a student in YEP.

Each Program year four students are nominated from each District based on their attendance, participation at YEP activities, dues and attitude towards YEP. Students sit an award exam and sit an interview before and independent panel.

The Student of the Year receives a four year scholarship from the Ministry of Education to the University of the Bahamas or BTVI, a brand new lap top computer, a color printer, smart phone and a trophy.

The Student of the Year also serves as the official ambassador and spokesperson for YEP.
