SUPERVISION

Every district has a District Manager and Assistant District Manager who are responsible for the day to day operations of the Center. 

 

Volunteers, who have a passion for youth development, are selected from the Community, Corporate Bahamas, School Teachers and Civic Groups. They are recruited, vetted and subsequently trained as Mentors for the students.

 

Each group of students will be assigned no less than 5 adult mentors.

 

Each mentor will be assigned 8-12 students to mentor throughout the Program year.
