As Chief Executive Officer of the Youth Empowerment Program (YEP), he has devoted his career to creating opportunities, building character, and inspiring the next generation of leaders.
With a deep belief in the power of mentorship and education, Delano has led YEP to become one of the nation’s most impactful youth organizations, empowering hundreds of students each year through leadership training, academic enrichment, community service, and life skills development. Under his guidance, YEP has expanded its reach across New Providence and the Family Islands, fostering a culture of excellence, responsibility, and personal growth among young people.
